The Granite Bay Rotary Valentine's Day "Dancing Under the Stars" was a delightful evening. The evening started with the "Rotary Has Talent" Challenge. This is a video of the winning number performed by Linda and Roger Burk. Clark Osterhout of the Lincoln Rotary came in a close second.
